Vehicle Detail
Our shiny oxford white 2000 FORD CENTURION PRELUDE CONVERSION VAN has less than 77k miles, is a one owner, and has a clean title. Our CENTURION CONVERSION VAN differs from the Ford E150 Econoline Vans with its custom interior of 4 captain chairs, power driver seat, folding rear 3 passenger seat, wood trim, window shades, video screen wiring, exterior protective running boards and wheel guards. The Ford factory provided the RV Package (rear heater/air unit, cast aluminum wheels, and leather wrapped tilt steering wheel), privacy glass, deluxe engine cover, premium CD stereo with rear speakers, cruise, key less entry, power locks/windows/mirrors, and convenience lighting. We have added a proper trailer hitch. This Ford starts easily, its 4 speed automatic OD shifts smoothly, the small 4.6L V8 accelerates nicely, produces cold air, and has no fluid leaks. My wife and I have been the only drivers and I have changed the oil and filter every 3500 miles. It has required little service (replaced rear door latch, new windshield when cracked by errant stone, jumper harness replaced by recall, replaced upper ball joints with recent wheel alignment, a recent new coil ignition assembly, and a new battery. Three of its original Michelin P235/75RX15XL tires remain (front and on spare) while its original spare is on one rear and another purchased spare is on the other rear. It is in excellent rust free condition with a few exterior imperfections; scratches at rear wheel guards, passenger door bump, and other normal minor paint defects. We bought this van new in August of 2000 in Hot Springs, AR to go between our summer home there, our home in FL, and visits to our daughter in MD. Now these homes have been sold, we are moving in with our daughter, and have no need of this large van. Its rear seats remove easily to provide a large carpeted space for hauling plywood, moving furniture, or camping. It has never been smoked in, never been in an accident, and driven by 2 careful owner/drivers. It comes with all its original invoices, window sticker, and manuals. It has always been garaged at one of our homes and is in great condition, as per pictures. This is a 7 day auction with a low reserve to insure its sale.
