1997 GMC Yukon 4 x 4 5.7 Liter Note: The eBay vehicle history report shows the last registration date on record being 2007. The truck has been registered every year since we purchased itin 2006 and was registered December 26, 2010; passed smog 10-14-2010. We have owned and operated this truck since 2006, purchasing it from another owner, used. We love this truck. No one smoked in it that I am aware of since I have owned the truck. The only reason we are selling it is that we are selling our 25' 2003 Thor Wanderer travel trailer (separate eBay auction going on now) and this truck was purchased to pull the trailer. In 4 x 4, with the tires it has now you won't need snow chains in the mountains and won't be worried running through mud on off-road fishing trips. GMC did it right and this truck is great. There are minor issues you need to know about before making your purchasing decision. The Crank Sensor o-ring and the Power Steering lines at the Power Steering Pump are allowing oil to seap out. We recommend that you replace the Crank Sensor and the O-rings on the Power Steering line nuts. The fender strips are oxidized and/or dented from car doors opeening onto the truck. We recommend replacing those (they cost about $15 each online). There are peat gravel paint chips low on the truck body by the wheel wells, missing paint on the door thresholds where people put their feet getting into and out of the truck. There is a small dent in the front bumper. Look at the photos to see the blemishes. The truck comes with a towing package, a Tekonsha Voyager brake system and electrical connections for a trailer.
