Restored 1977 Jaguar XJS Up for sale is my restored 1977 Jaguar XJS. It was restored ten years ago by the previous owner, and converted to a Chevy V8 350 engine with the Turbo 350 Tranny. It has Edelbroch parts and carb. Engine makes the car nearly 500 pounds less than original British V12. Car has bucket racing seats, power windows, after market guages, CD player, and the body is solid. The paint is mostly good, but with some rust bubbles near the back window, and a few marks here and there. Car has not been driven much the past two years, but still starts up and sounds very strong. Only issue would be that it seems like it needs the vacuum modulator adjusted to shift into higher gears sooner and the AC unit needs replaced. Also, the spare and one of the tires on the rear need resealed and aired up. The previous owner took very good care of the car and it is only a few things here and there from being very very nice. I'd love to keep it and fix it up even more myself, but I just don't have the time and want to see it go to a good home. Good luck bidding!
