Truck is being relisted due to a scam buyer. Up for auction is my 1992 Chevy 2500, It is the Scottsdale model. Truck runs very strong, starts right up every time. 5.7 litre. There is a small puff of blue smoke at start up, but clears right up. No abnormal engine noises. Trans is the 4L80E. It was replaced 2 years ago with a reman. Jasper trans. Shifts strong, no slipping, no leaks. Rear hard brake lines recently replaced. Rubber booties on front axles are torn. I just packed them full of grease to keep out dirt. 4X4 works great. The seat has a tear in it on driver's side, see pics, not too bad. Truck has no A/C. Aftermarket power windows. Body is clean for its age. no major rust issues, frame has scale rust, nothing major that I have seen. Pitman arm and Idler arm were replaced last summer. Driver's side upper ball joint needs replaced. Wheel leans in and tire is wearing. Cooper Discoverer STT tires, 285 75 R16, lots of tread left. no spare. Rear bumper and driver's side of bed damaged from former employee backing into something while plowing. Meyer plow, 7'6" works great, needs paint. no plow lights, I do have them with wiring, one is broken, so they were removed from truck. Truck is far from perfect,. but it is a work horse. I bought it in 1997, sold it 3 years ago, and bought it back last year from an employee that joined the Air Force. Truck has developed a major leak at power steering pump, Pump needs replaced.
