This vehicle is offered for sale via internet auction to settle an Estate in Southern Maryland. The vehicle is located approximately 20 miles west of Washington D.C. Please note-the gentlemen who owned and built this car is deceased. The information provided in the following description was provided by family and acquantainces familiar with the vehicle. Description- Car is based on a 29,000 mile straight rust free 1967 Dart which had 6 cylinder motor. Frame has been "Halved" and the rear tubbed. Interior rollcage fitted. Stock bore 440 motor with racing cam and lifters. 9 Inch Ford Rear, Weld Racing Wheels, 430 Gears, Strange Mfg Center Section, Front Disc Brakes. Rear Fuel Cell, Dual Batteries and Rear Cut off Switch. Front Hood and Rear Truck Lid are Fiberglass. Equipped with headers and short exit pipes. Car has not been actively raced in 2 years. Motor shows 70 lbs oil pressue on gauges while running. Car starts up easily and we have moved it around our storage facility. Rear Slicks/Tires Will Leak down over a 7-10 day period of time and show some signs of dry rot. .
