For Sale is a 1972 Standard Bug. I bought this VW from the original owners Father. I've owned this Bug for 10 years. We started the restoration and have decided to sell. The transaxle and 1600 CC engine were rebuilt by a local VW shop in Nov 2002. The engine and transaxle were removed from the VW as shown in some of the pictures. They are both installed now, engine starts. The Bug is stored in my heated shop. I started the body work which you can see in the pictures. The floor pans are original to the car and the Bug has no rust issues. Some extra parts are included, generator, fuel pump, dizzy.
