For auction is a very nice 49 pontiac silver streak. it has the straight 8 with a 3 speed manual transmission. new brakes and wide whites.this car is totally original and unrestored.the paint is nice and the interior is near perfect.trunk is clean with the original liner and jack.the cars book is still with the car.this car would easily go in to someones museum and be a very proud part of it.the car is very driveable and i would go anywhere in it. there is no rust on body or frame.it has been in the same family since new.always garage and not drivein in bad weather.great solid car!!!! call or email 815-821-3556 not interested in trades will not disclose the reserve.the car is for sale bid what your willing to pay.please dont bid if your not able for any reason to finish this transaction. all chrome is nice On Mar-07-11 at 09:31:36 PST, seller added the following information: I would like to state that this car is 62 years old and i said it is unrestored but i can not say for sure that in the last 62 years it has not been repainted.i am sure with my past experiance that the paint is not new or fresh.i would think it is 20 + years old.if this has caused any problem with any bidders please let me know and i will retract your bid.
