1970 Chevrolet El Camino - For parts or restore Up for auction is a 1970 Chevrolet El Camino - good for parts or possible restoration project. This is a rolling shell - we do not have a title - sells with Bill of Sale. As can be seen in photos, there is no motor, no transmission. The rear glass is broken out. The windshield, door glass and vent windows are good. The car has been wrecked in the front right fender but didn't seem to hurt the bumper. Both doors shut well. The hood seems a little "tweeked" when shut - lines aren't completely straight. Does have a dent in the tailgate and slight dent on passenger side rear fender. Tailgate shuts good with a little "slop" when latched. The bed has rust at front near the cab and cab wall and floor pans are rusted out. The frame is solid with only surface rust. There is minor surface rust at bottom of the sheet metal on fenders and sides. Inner fenders are all good with exception of front passenger side - it is rusted out at the battery compartment where the collision occured. Car was originally Champagne gold with dark gold vinyl top. Evidence of this can be seen inside engine compartment, inside of bed and by dash color. The bench seat is in good condition. This was originally an A/C car with power steering and power brakes. Bid now - sells to the highest bidder! Vehicle must be picked up within 14 days after auction end.
