I have been there myself and its not a fun feeling.There are things that people would never mention until you noticed them first. I'm being as honest as I know to be, thats why I take all these pictures and type a long description so that you can get a good "condition report" of the vehicle.Take a few minutes and read this description, I have included detailed information about the vehicles mechanical, interior and exterior condition. I want to give you a lot of information and hope you feel comfortable with the vehicle. Although I'm not a mechanic, I have been around a lot of vehicles and can give you a good explanation of the vehicle.Allow a few minutes for this page to load all 95 pictures of the vehicle. The vehicle has averaged right around 9300 miles per year, that's really good considering most average drivers put 15,000-18,000 miles per year on a vehicle.MechanicallyI usually have my vehicles for 5 to 6 days before I list them on the internet, this gives me enough time to personally drive them for a few days and then get them inspected & serviced. I put around 30 miles on this truck and it drives great. It rides very smooth on the highway with no abnormal steering wheel vibrations or noises, in town driving is great as well.This truck was a trade in and the previous owner took very good care of it.The truck starts right up and idles very smooth when in park. It accelerates without any hesitation and the engine does not make any abnormal noises during acceleration or at idle ( no ticking or knocking ). The transmission shifts very smooth through all the gears with no issues, it doesn't clunk or shift in to gear hard. Highway passing gear is also great with no abnormal "jerking". The streering feels nice and tight with no abnormal play, and the suspension makes no abnormal noises when going over bumps on the road. This is a very well kept truck and I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a 1000 mile round trip.Within the last couple days I had the car inspected by a ASE certified repair facility. The mechanic I take my vehicles to has been working on cars for 15 years working for a big new car dealership here in town, he is very good and all my vehicles go to him for the inspection and reconditioning. He has his own ASE certified repair facility and does anything from oil changes to rebuilding engines.He inspected it and told me its a very solid vehicle. He put it up on the lift and inspected the undercarriage (bottom of engine and transmission) and there was no fluid leaks. He checked the oil level and condition of the front & rear differential, transfercase & transmission, and they were all full and clean. He took it for a test drive and the engine & transmission operates without any issues. He replace the engine oil & filter and all other maintenance is up to date.There are no mechanical issues with the vehicle at all, you are also welcome to have it inspected by your own mechanic as well. The truck is under factory warranty until July 2014 or 60,000 miles.If you do a internet search on these trucks, you will see that these 4.0L V6 engines are good for a long time. A lot of these have north of 150.000 miles and are still in great running condition, I have personally seen them in the 200.000 miles range still running great. This one has has right around 18,000 miles so it still has alot of life left.The 4.0L V6 in the truck is a well known engine in the Ford line-up. They have had this engine around for close to 10 years and use it in the Ford Explorer as well. They even puts the same exact engine in the 2011 Ford Ranger. So needless to say, these are great motors and should last you a long time with regular maintenance.ElectricalThe AC and heat works great, cruise works just like it should, power windows work, power mirrors work and the power door locks work. It also has a Pioneer CD player with an ipod hook up, the factory CD player is also included with the truck.ExteriorThe truck was very well cared for by the previous owner and it definitely shows. The over all paint condition is in excellent shape and has a nice deep gloss to it. Any blemish that I saw on the vehicle I took a close up photo of with my finger pointing towards it. Im very picky (as you can tell by all the pictures) and looked very close for flaws and found the following:It has a tiny rock chip on the hood that has been touched up. And a very small mark on the rear bumper (plastic part). These are the only two things that i could find and i looked very close.If your walking around the truck it looks great from every angle, basically like a new truck. You have to get a few inches away (eye level) to see the flaws, but they are there and I just want to explain the vehicle as best as I can to you.InteriorThe leather seats and carpet are clean in the vehicle. The driver seat does not have any abnormal wear on it and neither does any of the other seats. There are no abnormal odors in the vehicle either. I took close to 40 pictures of the interior so you can get a good idea of the condition.I hope the description was not too long but I try to put myself in a buyer's position and I would like to know everything, not just a few outside photos. Hello and thank you for looking at my Ranger.

I like a lot of information and pictures about a vehicle, not just a description with 5 or 10 pictures and a few short lines saying " It's perfect, needs nothing, looks new inside and out etc......"

A lot of times when people are selling a vehicle they are not too honest about the condition, and the worst thing that can happen is for a buyer to see the car in person and find several un-disclosed flaws with it. I have been there myself and its not a fun feeling.

There are things that people would never mention until you noticed them first. I'm being as honest as I know to be, thats why I take all these pictures and type a long description so that you can get a good "condition report" of the vehicle.

Take a few minutes and read this description, I have included detailed information about the vehicles mechanical, interior and exterior condition. I want to give you a lot of information and hope you feel comfortable with the vehicle. Although I'm not a mechanic, I have been around a lot of vehicles and can give you a good explanation of the vehicle.

This is a very nice 2009 Ford Ranger XLT Super Cab 4X4 with 18,745 miles. The vehicle has averaged right around 9300 miles per year, that's really good considering most average drivers put 15,000-18,000 miles per year on a vehicle.


Mechanically
I usually have my vehicles for 5 to 6 days before I list them on the internet, this gives me enough time to personally drive them for a few days and then get them inspected & serviced. I put around 30 miles on this truck and it drives great. It rides very smooth on the highway with no abnormal steering wheel vibrations or noises, in town driving is great as well.

This truck was a trade in and the previous owner took very good care of it.

The truck starts right up and idles very smooth when in park. It accelerates without any hesitation and the engine does not make any abnormal noises during acceleration or at idle ( no ticking or knocking ). The transmission shifts very smooth through all the gears with no issues, it doesn't clunk or shift in to gear hard. Highway passing gear is also great with no abnormal "jerking". The streering feels nice and tight with no abnormal play, and the suspension makes no abnormal noises when going over bumps on the road. This is a very well kept truck and I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a 1000 mile round trip.

Within the last couple days I had the car inspected by a ASE certified repair facility. The mechanic I take my vehicles to has been working on cars for 15 years working for a big new car dealership here in town, he is very good and all my vehicles go to him for the inspection and reconditioning. He has his own ASE certified repair facility and does anything from oil changes to rebuilding engines.

He inspected it and told me its a very solid vehicle. He put it up on the lift and inspected the undercarriage (bottom of engine and transmission) and there was no fluid leaks. He checked the oil level and condition of the front & rear differential, transfercase & transmission, and they were all full and clean. He took it for a test drive and the engine & transmission operates without any issues. He replace the engine oil & filter and all other maintenance is up to date.

There are no mechanical issues with the vehicle at all, you are also welcome to have it inspected by your own mechanic as well. The truck is under factory warranty until July 2014 or 60,000 miles.

If you do a internet search on these trucks, you will see that these 4.0L V6 engines are good for a long time. A lot of these have north of 150.000 miles and are still in great running condition, I have personally seen them in the 200.000 miles range still running great. This one has has right around 18,000 miles so it still has alot of life left.

The 4.0L V6 in the truck is a well known engine in the Ford line-up. They have had this engine around for close to 10 years and use it in the Ford Explorer as well. They even puts the same exact engine in the 2011 Ford Ranger. So needless to say, these are great motors and should last you a long time with regular maintenance.


Electrical
The AC and heat works great, cruise works just like it should, power windows work, power mirrors work and the power door locks work. It also has a Pioneer CD player with an ipod hook up, the factory CD player is also included with the truck.


Exterior
The truck was very well cared for by the previous owner and it definitely shows. The over all paint condition is in excellent shape and has a nice deep gloss to it. Any blemish that I saw on the vehicle I took a close up photo of with my finger pointing towards it. Im very picky (as you can tell by all the pictures) and looked very close for flaws and found the following:

It has a tiny rock chip on the hood that has been touched up. And a very small mark on the rear bumper (plastic part). These are the only two things that i could find and i looked very close.

If your walking around the truck it looks great from every angle, basically like a new truck. You have to get a few inches away (eye level) to see the flaws, but they are there and I just want to explain the vehicle as best as I can to you.


Interior
The leather seats and carpet are clean in the vehicle. The driver seat does not have any abnormal wear on it and neither does any of the other seats. There are no abnormal odors in the vehicle either. I took close to 40 pictures of the interior so you can get a good idea of the condition.

I hope the description was not too long but I try to put myself in a buyer's position and I would like to know everything, not just a few outside photos. I hope you are happy with the pictures and description, if you need any more pictures don't hesitate to let me know.

To sum it up, your getting a nearly new 2009 Ford Ranger Super Cab 4wd that is in great condition, it would make someone a great daily driver.

You can upgrade the current service contract up to a 8 year 100.000 mile "bumper to bumper" coverage through a nationwide warranty company. You can get warranty work done anywhere in the US. Tax
Indiana state law requires us to collect sales tax even if you are an out of state buyer. We will collect INDIANA sales tax (7%) and provide you with tax form ST-108. This form serves as proof that you have paid sales tax when you go to your local license branch to register the vehicle. They will not charge you tax again on this purchase when you provide them with the ST-108 form you recieve from us at the time of sale. If you are an out of state buyer, please contact your local license branch with any questions regarding sales tax. We have sold several vehicles to out of state customers and never had a problem with them getting charged tax twice.
