For sale is a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 4 door sedan 3800 (3.8L) V6. 186XXX miles. Engine is very strong. Very clean inside and out. Has never been involved in an accident. I am the 3rd owner. However for a car of this age/mileage, there are some 'nuances'. It does have a slight oil leak and needs about a quart added every 4 months or so. The low coolant light flashes on and off even though it has plenty of coolant; but the car does not overheat. Probably just a bad sensor. The 'Check Engine' light is not illuminated; there are no fault codes. The tires are fairly new and have about 10k miles on them. The right front tire has a slow leak but there isn't any punctures from nails or anything but requires air every few weeks or so. Air conditioning still blows very cool air and heater works. Sunroof is factory (not aftermarket) and works perfectly; does not leak. CD player won't read CDs, but radio works fine. Power windows all work. The driver side window button (up) is 'finicky' and works when you press the top left side of the button. Car has been maintained very well. Lots of highway miles. I switched to a full synthetic after about 100k miles; more for piece of mind than anything. Oil changes done every 3000-5000 miles by me. Very clean car inside and out. Never smoked in.
