Up for auction: 1985 VW Vanagon Condition: This vehicle is currently not running. (It needs a new battery and master cylinder reservoir before it is road worthy) The paint and body are in fair condition with a few dents and dings and the front windshield is cracked. The interior is well used with board wax stains on the bench seat tops and a few tears in the upholstery here and there. Features: This Vanagon is a no frills model. It does have a professionally installed aftermarket CD sound system. History: I am the second owner, when I acquired it the motor needed a partial rebuild. That work was completed several years ago and 30-40K miles were put on it after that work was completed. (Highway) These vehicles have a reputation for leaking water around the heads, I have been fortunate because that has not occurred even with the vehicle sitting un-used for 4 years.
