2000 Toyota MR2 Spyder convertible. 1.8L 4cylinder enginge, 5-speed manual transmission, aftermarket cd-player. Has 170K miles, but doesn't burn oil, runs great, gets 30-35mpg and passes smog just fine. Some storage area behind the seats, otherwise this is a little 2-seater sports car. Tried to show the blems in the pics, some patches for the top but it looks good and is in good overall condition, clean interior, seat covers but the seats underneath are clean (no stains/tears). Title is clear and lien free.On Feb-24-11 at 07:36:15 PST, seller added the following information:More details: It has had new struts and cv/axle shafts within the last year, due to age/mileage not because anything went wrong. Between 2.5 and 3K rpms there is a slight rattle from the timing chain (these have a chain, not belt). This is not inappropriate for the age/mileage, and does not affect performance and reliability. The only problem repair we've had is a canister and vacuum valve on the emissions...which was corrected by the dealer, which is why we KNOW it passes emissions. The clutch is in great condition, it just takes a little getting used to as it grabs close to the floor (it is correct for the model, I've checked the manual). I wouldn't hesitate to drive this thing all over; we're selling it because we still have a couple of kids at home, and sometimes our grandkids, and a two-seater can be a challenge for us. Tried to get pics of the roof 'patches': there were wear spots over the roof bracket that got patched from the inside and sealed on the outside, and a seam near the rear window that was sewn then sealed.On Feb-24-11 at 07:41:43 PST, seller added the following information:The tires are in excellent shape, only a year old. We went with alternate sizing on the front, as the stock are smaller and directional. Only real blems in the paint are the specks up front from road debris. It's a 10 year old, well maintained car. It's not showroom pristine, but it's in good condition and been well cared for.
