If you appreciate Land Cruisers, you'll quickly recognize this 1969 FJ40 is a extraordinary find. It has a very clean body without any of the typical hidden patchwork you find on many Cuisers. The drivetrain and suspension has also been kept largely stock, so it’s a great candidate for someone searching to either build up the ultimate custom cruiser, or a do a detailed stock restoration. It runs great and has less than 250 miles on a full rebuild of its original F straight 6 engine, 3-speed transmission, and transfer case. A complete rewire of the electical was also just completed. It's sitting on brand new 31" BFG AT tires and custom wheels. Inside, the front and rear jump seats have been restored, but otherwise the interior is pretty bare bones original. Unfortunately, a recent move across the country to North Carolina from Utah (where the Cruiser still is) has forced me to cut short plans for finishing all the details to take this to its full potential. However, that leaves an opportunity for someone to really do it all up exactly the way they want. This cruiser definitely has great potential no matter what direction you want to go with it.
