You are bidding on my 1985 Maserati BiTurbo. This is by far, one of the nicest BiTurbo's still on the road. It has remained in the Tampa/St Petersburg area its entire life and was purchased new here from a local dealer. You will note from the pictures that this car has been loved and well taken care of. The exterior and paint are in excellent condition; the interior upholstery was replaced and looks new. The leather trim is still in very good shape. The steering wheel was replaced with a one from a higher end Maserati which looks great. The engine compartment is super clean. It even has the original floor mats which are in good shape. The car only has only 75k. The previous owner took it to car shows and purchased numerous books and manuals which will come with the car. He also had some spare parts he ordered that will be included as well. I just replaced the battery and the Pirelli tires are in excellent condition with lots of tread. It has a newer Kenwood CD player. It is not a fuel injected car, it is however, very fun to drive. The twin turbos are in great shape and the car zoom's along on the open highway. It is a very lightweight car and handles well. I get lots of looks and questions about the car as you just do not see them on the road, particularly in this condition. The transmission is as smooth as can be. If you have been looking for a BiTurbo that is in great shape, been well maintained, with low miles, that needs nothing, then this is the one. I hate to sell it, but I have too many vehicles and I’m scaling down. It could use an A/C recharge (this needs to be done regularly with these cars). Power door locks need adjusting. Also, I noted on one occasion, after driving the vehicle a long distance, the breaks seemed to fade a bit. Have not had any issues during local driving. I have placed a very low reserve price on the vehicle of 3k. My loss is your gain. Good Luck and Happy Bidding!
