I have a 1995 Mustang GT. This car is built and bad, has a DSS 306, AFR 165 Heads that have had some port work done, a full polished 15psi ATI Procharger, 3 core inter cooler, full race intake, 75mm throttle body, 24lb injectors, blitz blow off valve, new silver paint, new cobra R hood, shaved doors, fenders have been rolled, all the emblem holes and antenna hole have been welded up, saleen s351 wing, 4pt cage, racing seats and belts, off road h pipe, flow masters, new gauge pod for drivers post and 3 new gauges that need to be put in. All the bumpers, hood, deck lid and side skirts had been taken off and painted. A lot of time went into this. The car is set for 42 pound injectors but had been taken off and put 24 pound injectors to detune the car for the street. Cops in Napa are pretty strict. This car needs a few things. The tranny when shifting after you come to a stop may have trouble at times going into gear. I was told it might have air in the system and might need to be bleed. Also the steering is a little loose, and the power steering pump is making a little noise. The paint is only a couple of months old and may need a cut and buff. I also had the heads taken off a couple of weeks ago and checked. Took them to R&R machine shop and had them surfaced and made sure they were correct and true. Put new felpro lock wire gaskets in and all new seals and everything. Wanted to make sure everything was a go for when I put the 42 pound injectors back in. car runs great and sounds like a jet idling at a stop light. There is much more stuff that’s on this car that I am forgetting. I have about $14k in receipts in the drive train alone at home in a binder.The binder i have is about 2 inches think. I have talked to DSS and ATI they both said this car back with the 42lb injectors and a good tune should do anywhere from 600-660hp. I’ve seen mustangs with my set up at the track running 9s ¼ mile. The car is currently registered till January of 2012 but will need a smog and will be sold “without” a smog. Also the car is being sold in as is condition with no warranty. I have owned this car for 2 years and have only put about 350 miles on it and the car might have about 7500 miles on the drive train. If you are looking for a car that is going to get attention then this car is for you, a little work left and this car will be a nice car. The reason for selling this car is because I just bought a circle track legend car and will be running legends of the pacific and will have no time and need to make room for the new car and trailer.
