I am the third owner of this beautiful car, having owned it now for 22 years, it orginally was a California car. It has been garage kept and have only used it in nice weather for pleasure drives. Everything is still orginial on this vehicle. Engine is strong, starts right up and is gasoline, not diesel. With a car this age there are always going to be things needing some care. The radio squeaks, the power antenna does not raise, except mannualy, the air conditioning has not been used so expect that will need to be recharged, dash light burnt out, several small dings along side of vehicle. Lights, turn signals, power windows, power sunroof, windshield wipers/washer all work. There are three "quarter size" surface rust blisters; under front and rear bumpers and one on trunk (see trunk picture). Vehical has smoke free interior. Automatic shift, electric windows and 4-way hazard switch all on console. Carpet in excellent condition and full size spare tire. Great riding car, shifts smoothly and tires in very good condition. May be seen by appointment. Overall, a very nice vintage Mercedes. Would make a daily/pleasure vehicle, or great for an easy complete restoration.
