I bought this truck in 2006. It was strictly on road and some beach. Never in an accident. When I bought it, it had a rebuilt engine already installed. Whoever put the engine together did not use Ford glow plugs. One melted and fell into the piston...destroying the engine. No warnings. Its in great condition and all it needs is an engine. While I had this truck, I took very good care of it. I was shattered when I was told what had happen and that it was basically a "mechanical act of God!" (2010 was a great year...this was the icing) This truck has an excellent body, new transmission, I just got a new turbo done in January 2010. It has a heavy bush guard. 4X4 is in excellent condition. It has power windows, power locks, cruise control, A/C, CD/AM/FM and Seris Satalite. The interior is excellent. Driver and passanger side airbags. Both are captin chairs with console. Power windows and rear window dark tint privacy glass. The hood was damaged during engine extraction so I got a new hood and a prefect paint job match. The windshield is new. Not a scratch. (It no longer says "Regulator" on the windshield) The bed liner is immaculate. The alloy wheeles are in good condition and has very good anti- lock breaks. No rust or bondo. Its a good looking deep blue with barb-wire pin stripping. Muscular. The blown engine comes with it and with all the parts. Its a 6L. If I could afford the time and money, I would have put an engine in it and kept it, but I need the money and havent the time. This would be a great truck with a great engine installed and would provide many many years of dependability. It handles excellently! I originally wanted to put an engine in but then found finacially I was over my head. So its virtually ready for engine installation. This is "as is" and ready for pick up.
