1962 Bel Air Wagon Bought off of ebay in Oct. 10 2010, replaced hard to find tailgate window and added tailgate window crank and other small items. The window goes up and down smootthly. She Runs very well and has three speed manual on the column. Very nice car with minor rust in the body. No body panels need replaced other than the spare tire well but a nice flat piece of metal will replace that. Runs and stops very well. Starts well and gas tank is good as well as brake lines. All of the trim is nice and straight with the exception of the rear tailgate area. Tragedy struck in my family so I have to sell off some of my projects since I inherited more. I really hate to sell I always wanted a wagon. It's a 6 passenger not the 9. Car comes with title, havent had it changed over from the last owner. It wouldnt take much to get this back on the road. It was last driven legally in the beginning of 2010. A real nice project. It will not dissappoint.It comes with a few extra parts including impala trim for the side, some extra guages and a NOS gas guard. I can be contacted at 254-535-9898. I replaced bucket seats with the bench seat shown. Feb 14 2011 I just added more pics. These are all I have. The underside is clean no floorpans to replace just the spare tire well as shown. I just won a steering wheel and radio delete plate for the dash. It has a 283 engine and still has the spark plug shields and even the original generator. She starts every time and stops on a dime . I have the original air cleaner also. She has stewart warner guages from the 60's mounted under the dash that work. All that is left to do is add moon wheels or poverty caps. Don't miss out!!!!!
