The ORIGINAL TITLE shows this car to be a US spec car, delivered new on the 26th November 1969 by Ted Trudon Porsche, Talcott CT, to a Mr. Jonathen E Batterson. The cosmetics and much of the mechanical work was done by AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATES OF CANTON inc. of Canton, CT. Automobile Associates are one of the premiere PORSCHE SPECIALISTS in the Northeast. The original body was stripped, STEEL FLARES installed, and repainted in the correct original VIPER GREEN. The repaint was correctly done. All glass and trim were removed before painting. She was re-assembled using all new rubber seals and gaskets. An RS style duck tail spoiler, RSR TYPE front spoiler, and proper RS decals were grafted on at this time. she sports HELLA H4 headlights for enhanced night driving. The paint is excellent, with few blemishes The original floors are excellent. Panel fit and door alignment is excellent. The true mileage is unknown miles. The original anemic 2.2 liter engine was removed and replaced with a 1978 (930/04) 3 LITER MOTOR. The engine has many upgrades including PMO carburetors, PERMATUNE engine management, oil cooler, upgraded timing belt tensioners, turbo valve covers, stainless steel heat exchangers, and the like!!! The engine compartment is clean, well detailed, and the underside and trunk areas are equally clean and up to par. The 901 5-speed transmission uses a WEVO short shifter, she shifts well, and all the Synchros work as they should. A Kennedy clutch was installed in 2006, has very little mileage on it, works as it should and has plenty of life left. The suspension has SMART ENGINEERING roll bars, and Koni shocks. The interior has 2 RECARO JRD SEATS, black carpets, and lightweight door panels with leather pulls. The dash has a well-installed cover, and a MOMO steering wheel. No radio is currently installed in the car. She drives on correct Fuchs wheels and new tires. She runs, drives and handles as well as she looks!!!
