MOST IMPORTANT. 1997 BMW 528i, daily driver, horn, alarm, lights, turn signals, brake lights, windshield wipers, lighter, cruise control, power door locks and seats, steering wheel adjusts to your comfort, all working. AM/FM, CD changer, new battery and spark plugs. Good looking car. Small tear in leather on the middle front armrest, 1 1/2" inches, other than that interior is almost perfect, cupholder arms are broken. Rubber around the windshield is cracked and worn. Left front bumper has a crack but has been painted so it doesn't show much. Not because of an accident because of a cement parking bump. Car has not been in any accidents. Car has clear title and buyer will get a pink slip. Fast car, strong engine. What is not working on the car: ABS light is on, I am told it needs a new ABS pump which is quite expensive so I would not repair that, brakes work fine without it. Heat and air are not working, I am told it needs a new face plate. Sun roof does not work I am told it needs a new cable, sunroof is closed and car is fully driveable without it. To shift the car from 3rd into high gear you have to shift from 3 to D for it to shift into high gear. I have been using Max Life 10-40 a synthetic oil for the car. Car is running and has a lot of pick up. Buyer to do their own due diligence on the car and these disclosures are from my knowledge only. Car is strictly sold "as is where is." Car is running and has been my daily driver. Buyer will pay for their own transport. Car is pretty good on gas for having such a large engine. LOOK.
