Hello folks. Up for bid is my lovely Porsche 944S. I owned this car years ago, it was my everyday driver. I sold it to a friend who also drove this as his everyday car. Years later I bought this back from him. I had this in my garage but where I live now has no garage. It has been a wonderfull car to drive and own. Drop dead looks, super fast, turns and brakes on a dime. Costs $30,000.00 new! I have lots of receipts that goes back for years, I also have the Chiltons manual and original manual that came with the car. Now to everything I know is wrong with this car. I want the next owner to know everything that I know to fix up this great car. It is a 25 year old car so there are some things that I was planning to fix but no space to play! The rear hatch needs a post that hooks the top hatch in place to the frams, it has two but one is missing. The LED clock does not work, The gas and temp guage cluster is buggy. It needs a lower right motor mount, slight vibration at very low RPMS. It needs an alignment after new shocks, struts and calipars were installed. The odometer stop working about a year ago, I would add about 4 thousand miles to the total. A slight 2" seam tear on the drivers seat, this can be fixed easily at a fabric shop. Now to everyting that is right with this car. The motor does not burn oil nor is there any foreign fluid in the radiator or oil pan. The transmission is original and still has lots of life left. The glass is in great shape, great Sony CD stereo with 4 really nice speakers. Starts on the first try. Power window and seat works great. Sunroof works fine. I'd would say the interior is a 8 and the body is a 7. Other then the buggy gas/temp cluster, all the electric and guages works great. Will pass inspection, currently legal until October 2011. This car has new tires, brakes, shocks, struts, main timing. The body is in great shape, it does need a paint job but still shines and looks great! On the passenger side near the right tire is a dent, you will miss this on the first look around. I did. Please call me anytime at 314-913-7501 with any questions.
