OK...here it is: I'm one of the few guys on eBay (and in my area) who offers certified pre-owned vehicles at respectable prices.
"What's a certified vehicle and what does it mean to me?"
A certified car is one that has undergone a 28 Point Inspection by an ASE certified facility and is given a passing grade on EACH point. From the engine to the electrical components... to the a/c and transmission and all the way down to the tires, everything is turned upside-down before a vehicle can be labeled as CERITFIED PRE-OWNED.
"Ok... so the car has been inspected and certified! Anything else?"
YES! Now that the car has been inspected and certified, it AUTOMATICALLY will include a 1 year / 12,000 mile warranty from the day you drive away. You will pay not one penny for the warranty or for any repairs that may come up for an entire year after the sale date. Go find a private seller that can offer you that!
Look, I'm not in the business in adding sneaky fees or hidden charges to your Bill of Sale; What you bid or offer is what you pay (plus any applicable state taxes and transfer costs)
How many of the other guys charge a Documentation or a Prep fee? That's not good business and it's something that has always turned me off...so I won't dare force that upon my customers.
I almost forgot we have a car to sell here =P ! This 2000 Ford Mustang V6 Convertible has a flawless CARFAX and is in excellent running condition. Every accessory and option on this car from the a/c to the power top to the rear defrost works as it should without any hiccups. Mechanically she is a 10/10 and needs nothing to be a stout daily driver for whomever has the pleasure to take ownership next. Check out all the pictures because they're an extension of this written description!
All four tires are matching with easily over 80% treadlife remaining and they drive straight down the road whether you're on city or highway streets. The brakes stop quietly and effectively as well. The only two significant eyesores on the vehicle are a crack in the windshield and dent in the rear quarter panel (see pics!). Look on the dash and you'll notice a little area where a gps was mounted. Other than these mentioned items.. she shows beautifully and has pretty much a dent/scratch free exterior!
