Taxes and Fees: Florida residents must pay applicable state sales tax and license and registration fees. We will handle all licensing and title work for Florida Buyers. Out of state buyers, when the vehicle is shipped to you, you are responsible to pay all taxes in the state where they are registering the vehicle and do not have to pay any taxes or fees to the state of Florida. Should buyer wish to pick this vehicle down in Florida, Seller will collect applicable sales tax at the rate charged in the state in which Buyer is going to register the vehicle. This applies only when the buyer "takes possession" of the vehicle in Florida. We will provide you with a notarized affidavit stating that this tax has been paid and you will not have to pay it again in your state. Seller can furnish Buyer a 10-day temporary license plate. Buyer must have proof of insurance on this vehicle and a valid driver license. A Dealer fee of $250.00 will be charged on every deal to cover the cost of sale, paperwork and administrative work so we can continue to sell our cars to you on eBay at wholesale prices.
Title Information: Most of our cars come from trades and new car dealer auctions, in some cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a bank or finance company and will have to wait for the title which could be delayed up to 30 days. If it is not in as yet we will provide you with a 30 day temporary registration so you can drive your vehicle right away

Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our warehouse. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our warehouse until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure.
