WELCOME TO ANOTHER "NO RESERVE" AUCTION !! Here is a 1967 Cadillac Calais, this would make an excellent restoration or Rat Rod project, it is a very original and straight car. It will be sold as "non-running". The factory 429 engine will need replaced. This auction also has NO RESERVE, high bid takes it home. If winning bidder is in Southern California, I can assist with delivery, I also deliver to the shipping terminals in the Los Angeles area on a weekly basis. Also, I plan on selling many of the cars in my collection this year, so it will benefit other collectors and those of you that already know me and what I have to continue watching my listings! Please take the time to view the detailed pictures, I am very thorough when shooting and describing a vehicle and make every effort to catch as much detail as possible! Cosmetically, this Cadi is very straight, with the only body issues being the repairable rust that was underneath the rear glass where water was trapped under the vinyl top (see pic) and the normal spot on both fender heels, about a half dollar size. I also see the rear valance had been pulled downward and will need repaired. Other than that there is no major body work, dings or dents anywhere, the car is straight as can be. Upon inspection you will see that there is also no other rust or rot on this car, the floors and undercarriage look excellent. Windshield has a crack on the lower left corner, other glass is in good shape and clean. Both skirts are on the car along with the factory original hubcaps. Tail light housings are there but the lens covers need replaced. All trim and chrome is on the car and in great shape. Bumpers and grill look excellent! The interior is original and above average for the year but will still need the front seat recovered and there are sun cracks on the replaceable dash pad. The original radio has never been removed from the dash. Dash and all components look good. Mechanically, the 429 was removed for a rebuild years ago, the shop that tanked the block closed and the block disappeared. Some of the engine parts are sitting in the trunk (see pic). The transmission and everything else is still intact and in great shape. So figure on getting another engine to get back on the road! I have in hand the clean and clear California title on this Cadi. The car is located in Moreno Valley, California 92551 (Southern California) near March Air Base. I encourage personal inspections and am available Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm for personal viewing.
