For sale is a 1983 Honda VT750C Shadow with only 21159 miles on it. This bike belongs to my wife who has decided she no longer wants to drive a motorcycle. The bike has been garaged kept by us and the previous owner and the condition of the piant shows it. But that being said, remember this bike is 28 yrs old and does show some signs of its age on the crome. This bike is very cold blooded but once warmed up it runs very well. I learned early on that because she didn't ride this bike every day like I do mine that it needs to be kept on a battery tender, it takes a lot of juice to start these old Shadows. The speedometer is inaccurate, there is a small rip in the passenger seat, the weld on the left horn bracket is broken, there is a dent on the left underside of the gas tank that you have to get down on the ground and look up at to see, there is some discoloration on the left exhaust pipe heat shield. The front tire is going to need replacing soon. It does have a new battery, new rear tire, new fork seals, new starter, and a recent oil change. There is still a lot of life left in the brake pads and shoes. I will not ship or deliver so you must pick up. I do have the title but the previous owner did not title it in his name before he sold it to us so the GA tag office said it could not be titled in my name, only registered. I will provide a bill of sale which is all that is needed in GA to complete the transaction and allow you to register it in your name in GA. You may want to check to see if that is sufficient if from out of state.
