On 1/29/2011 drove the car from Washington DC to Marion Virginia and the car ran PERFECTLY...no problems whatsoever. The new owner will definately want to do a complete tune up since a once over by a experienced Volvo mechanic can only help its performance.. ALL options work on the car including Heat, Windows. Locks, Seats and sucnroof and AM/FM CASSETTE STEREO WITH SEPERATE FACTORY EQUALIZER AND BUILT IN POWER AMP..car has HEAVY DUTY FLOOR MATS, IN THE FRONT AND Cloth mats in the rear. THE ALUMINUM WHEELS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. Tires are Excellent and only have 1000 plus miles on them at most. * Drivers door hinge will need to be adjusted as it must be pushed a bit harder to close and the Leather trim that meets the back dash will need to be stitched as it has become slightly seperated from the seat but an easy fix.. and there is also a seam tear in the drivers seat. The amazing thing is this is the cars ORIGINAL Paint and pinstripes and shines like the dayu it was painted, This contributed to the car being stored in a garage and out of the elements.......and the best part is there in NO RUST ANYWHERE INCLUDING ROCKER PANELS, FENDERS, DOOR JAMS AND OVERALL BODY is in VERY Good to Excellent condition. Above the rear windsheild there is a small bubble in the paint the size of a shirt button. OTHER THAT THE NORMAL MAINTENANCE THINGS ON A CAR OF THIS YEAR.......WITH A FEW TWEAKS HERE AND THERE YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT CAR, A RARE CAR AND A HEAD TURNER. Completely restored models like this are selling in the upwards of $12 to $15,000.00.....heres your chance to own one for a fraction of that price
