1954 CHEVY BEL AIR 2dr I've had this car for 8 years. I previously owned several new car dealerships and I either took the car in trade or purchased it outright from a customer. I had my body shop do a frame-off complete paint job is 2003. As we reassembled the car, I decided to replace the 6-cylinder 3-speed with a Chevy 350 automatic. I purchased a 350 vortec with a 4-speed overdrive automatic with 54,000 miles on it. The car is teal and cream. It has a perfect rust-free body--no rot, holes, patches--it is really perfect and rust-free (other than what's noted below.) Floor boards, trunk, door jams and rockers are all perfect. I have many body parts that I don't have pictures of because they are in storage along with the original engine and transmission. Seats and door panels are in poor condition, but I do have them. Body chrome is in real good shape; bumpers are good, but not good enough to put on the car without having them rechromed. The glass is all good. All the original suspension is there. There has been no cutting or welding done to the frame or body. The car has a body as good as in 1954 and the painting is all done. All that has to be done it put it together the way you want it. The car is located in Crystal River, FL. Whoever buys this car will get both engines and every part I have. Please note: I took the car out of the garage for the first time to take the pictures for this ad and an employee backed a car into the left rear tail light area. Not much damage.
