Vehicle Detail
Here's what happened today...lost all 42 city park mowing contracts to lowball bidders and do not need any of my equipment. All must be sold: trailer, mowers, and this great work truck. Expect a good, dependable, decent looking work truck and please do not expect brand spank'n new. Runs and drives as it should. 4x4 is strong and engages with the push of a button. Auto, ac works as does heater and stereo, plenty of room in the back seat for three guys. Truck has dings and dents as pictured, it's a 2000 loaded up SLE with the chrome package and tow package with hitch. Always serviced on schedule and when something needed to be done by professional, not myself. Dummy light is always on and doesn't affect mechanicals whatsoever, it's a GMC thing for those guys who know trucks. All glass is good and has professional tint. Cloth interior is decent and much better than you'd expect for a 2000. This isn't a junk truck that you remember your dad storing in the barn for fetch'in lumber a couple times a winter. This is a good, solid truck for the money that will treat you right day after hard-working day, and do it with some comfort. Non-smoker vehicle during my ownership, nobody allowed to smoke in my truck or they had to walk. Everybody I've ever met in this life needs a truck, and I suggest a good strong look at this Sierra if you want to save money from a 2008 or new AND don't mind that it's not perfect. If you can live with that...I promise you that It will do the job that it was designed to do and if I had any luck at all on these mowing contracts this bidding season, I'd keep it and pull my landscape trailer again this time around. But the mowing gods chose otherwise, thus, everything including my prized GMC must be sold right now. I can't justify keeping it now without that 475 acre/per every other week work. I'm sure a lot of you guys out there know the feeling when work gets yanked from you and you're left with all this good equipment. Lot of you shaking your head in agreement with me...been there done that. Hey, what can you do but sell it to somebody else who can get good use out it! This truck gets stored inside so that helps plenty with how nice the finish is, glossy and all, want to mention that. Oh, don't want to forget to mention the tires are those expensive multi-ply (maybe 10-ply) that truck tire places recommend, not those cheap Sam's Club tires that wear down on the sidewalls. These need the more powerful air compressor to fill them, most real garages have them. They ride super smooth and are worth the extra money I spent on 'em last summer. About $1000.00 worth of tires alone! So, you truck guys will like that added benefit. Thank you for taking the time to look at my truck. If I forgot anything, just email me with the question. 2000 GMC SIERRA 4X4 SLE TRUCK is offered "as is/where is" from Kansas City, MO. No warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed. Vehicle must be paid for in full and cleared before title transfer, no exceptions. Title is clear and in hand. Pickup of vehicle is sole responsiblility of buyer. Payment in full must be met within 5 business days of auction end, so please only bid if you have the funds ready for purchase. I'll work with the new buyer on pickup day and time, would prefer within 14 days after auction end. If seasonal weather conditons warrant longer storage in my garage, no problem with that at all. Check my feedback, it's all of the highest quality and integrity.
