This car was an original 4 cyl car. The rearend is a stock 8.8. The motor is a 1990 5.0 roller motor with a t-5 transmission. Transmission shifts smooth and does not grind or pop out of gear. The car has a lot of aftermarket parts. Some of those are: Optima Redtop battery, Alum intake, 650 demon carb, mild roller cam (similar to Motorsports “b303”), MSD 6AL, MSD distributor, blaster 2 coil, BBK shorty headers, offroad H-pipe, Flowmasters with turn downs, cages with gaugepod, Hurst short throw shifter, Aluminum radiator etc etc. The car has a factory 8.8 rearend. I think it has a 3.08 gear but Im not sure. The car currently does not have power steering or A/C. I bought the car as a project but I really don’t have time for it right now with being so busy with work and having two other projects going on. The car has some dents, dings, a small hit in quarter/door etc. Overall the body is a great foundation. The undercarriage is rust-free, the car is rust free less the surface rust where the scratches are. All the body panels are original and the car has never been wrecked or painted on. The hatch opens perfect and has no rust on the underside. (very unusual). These cars are getting harder and harder to find in good shape. This one is a great donor car with a great foundation. The interior needs help and the car does need work. The drivetrain and parts are worth what I am selling the car for. I have clean and clear title in my hand for my car that is in my name. The car cranks up and drives. It starts on first crank without even pumping the gas! I recommend trailering the car. The guy I purchased it from was driving it on weekends and had a plate and insurance on it. I only took it around the block a few times for a joy ride.
