(1/22/2011) Just to be clear, There is no Title with this vehicle. The state of Rhode Island does not provide titles on vehicles over 10 years old. The only requirement to register a vehicle in Rhode Island is to have a vin check from our local police department prior to registration, which was done when I first registered this vehicle. If your state requires a title, you would need to use a title company online. I researched this and found one company in Maine that will do it for $395.00, A bit steep to me, being we normally get charged $50.00 per vehicle for vehicles under 10 years old. I will help with getting the bill of sale notirized if that helps. 1968 Pontiac Lemans 4 Door Hardtop original 350 V-8 Power windows, seats, new Cooper Cobra tires, (Notice the Western Wire Wheels, not made anymore, all in great shape!) alternator, battery, points, cap & rotor, brakes, master cylinder, exhaust is new dual "magnaflow" or "flowmaster" (I can't remember) installed last summer, plus more. This is also the hardtop model. When all 4 power windows are down, there is no center pillar! Mostly original. interior in good shape minus some threading apart at seems on drivers side. Had air conditioning, but compressor was removed yeaars ago. All switching and venting still in car. Could easily be upgraded for air. Car has no rust. I will keep updating. Non refundable deposit of $500.00 due within 24 hrs of auction end. Balance due in cash or Paypal only before vehicle is picke up. If paying by Paypal, funds must be cleared first.
