Odd find, 1965 Pontiac Catalina 2 door hardtop fastback with all matching numbers, 389 2 brl, 3 speed on the column, Manual steering, Manual Brakes, No A/C, Air ride suspension. I am the 2cd owner of this car, it has 65,065 actual miles and although the car has set idle since 2002, it runs smooth, the transmission shifts smooth as well. Before it can be driven again it needs it's fuel system cleaned and restored, the tank has no rust holes, just had old gas, so I ran it on a seperate plastic fuel tank. This is a great builder car with an unusual drivetrain setup. The floorpans are in very good shape as are the rockers, the underside of the doors as well. The only major rust in the car is in the front fenders, they can be patched or replaced since they are a bolt on item. The trunk pan is in good shape, has two rust holes on either side. Dent on top of the driver fender, some rust around each back wheel weld area,center nose piece is dented. One tire does not hold air, Dual exhaust with glass packs, Car sounds very 60 ish Mean. Unusual Color scheme, pale yellow with gold interior. Car needs a cosmetic restoration including interior, tires,bodywork and paint Car doesn't have a title, not needed in Georgia on pre 1985, it does come with a legal Georgia bill of sale and A Georgia Registration, which you may use to title the car in your State.
