THIS CAR IS ONE OF ONLY 521 MONZA CONVERTIBLES PRODUCED IN 1969. This Corvair Monza is in excellent condition and has been the recipient of a sensible drivers quality restoration. The car is equipped with GMs 164 CID horizontally opposed air cooled 110 hp 6 cylinder motor with 4 lever shift on the dash automatic transmission. She has her original steering wheel, bumper guards, full factory tinted windows, under hood light, correct 5 spoke hubcaps and rear mount antenna. The tires are like new. The blue paint is in nice condition, has a deep shine and depth with few blemishes. She has obviously been repainted. There is some checking on parts of the top surfaces of the car. It is not bad, and we are willing to fix as part of the negotiation price of the car. This car looks runs and drives as it should and garners attention wherever she goes. The brakes and suspension have all been attended to, the car drives straight and true, and stops with authority. It has solid floor pans, trunk pan and the body shows no signs of any rust, dents or scratches. The dash, carpet, door/rear side panels, and seats are all excellent. The white top is likewise in good condition, and the power mechanism works with authority, and is in fine shape. The engine compartment is nicely detailed, and shows well. This rare 1969 Corvair needs nothing except gas and an enthusiastic new owner.
