1973 Honda CB

Up for auction is a 1973 Honda CB 750-4. This bike is NOT ORIGINAL but is a very good complete bike. We acquired this bike a little while ago here in Florida, and as always we like to say that the pictures may make the bike look a little better than real life. Having said that, I would like to describe the pros and cons of this nostaglic bike. The bike runs strong. It has a solid front end and a stock headlight. The gauges seem to be from a different year honda but they are functional and look good with no cracks in the plastic. The carbs have been cleaned and the motor is clean for a bike of this era. The engine number is CB750E-2302268. Also, the bike will come with a new chain instead of the old one that is on the bike. The fenders both front and rear have good chrome on them and look good. The wheels are decent and cleaned up pretty well. You may have to replace the tires as they are older and have some cracking in the rubber. The "ducktail" seat is also in decent shape with a good pan, and the side covers are ok. However the left side cover does have a crack in it that has been repaired. Both chrome shocks are clean and the bike has a complete taillight assembly. The highlight of this beauty is the original chrome exhaust system (HM341) with heat shields and baffles that looks great and will set this bike apart from the rest. This bike is a daily driver that is definitely worth the investment for a collector or for someone to enjoy riding a piece of history that never loses it's luster.
