VERY SOLID AND RUST FREE 1977 FORD MUSTANG II COBRA WELCOME TO ANOTHER "NO RESERVE" AUCTION !! Here is a perfect candidate for your Mustang Cobra II race, restoration or father/son project. This Cobra should be considered just a solid project car as it is needs engine work and obviously is not a daily driver!! I will also be listing another Ford Mustang II with a newer 5.0 conversion. Also some misc parts- Cobra wing, spoiler, header panel and grill. Please see my other listings!! This auction also has NO RESERVE, high bid takes it home. Please take the time to view the detailed pictures, I am very thorough when shooting and describing a vehicle and make every effort to catch as much detail as possible! Cosmetically, this Ford is very straight and rust free, it is a easy 8-9 body on a scale of 1-10. The only body work needed is a half-dollar size "ding" on pass door (see pic). The rest of the body is very straight and near perfect with the exception of various paint chips and scratches. Upon inspection you will see that there is no rust or rot on this car, it is very solid. The floors and undercarriage look excellent. Glass is clean and clear. The car has been stored indoors and out of the elements since 1998. The front seats could use recovering, the rest of the interior is complete and in very good condition! The car rides on a set of Keystone aluminum wheels. Mechanically, the original V-8 engine has been disassembled for a rebuild that did not get done, the engine will be shipped in the rear of the car, organized and packed carefully. The automatic transmission is still in the car. I have in hand the clean and clear California title on this Mustang. I have placed the vehicle on non-op status with DMV, so no back fees are due. The car is located in Moreno Valley, California 92551 (Southern California) near March Air Base. I encourage personal inspections and am available Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm for personal viewing.
