1969 PONTIAC LEMANS GTO CLONE USED IN "THE FUGITIVE" 2000 TV SERIES WELCOME TO ANOTHER "NO RESERVE" AUCTION !! This Pontiac would make an excellent daily driver for someone, it has been well cared for and stored indoors since 2005. This car was used in the 2000 version of the tv series "The Fugitive". I have a script that will come with the car. This auction also has NO RESERVE, high bid takes it home. If winning bidder is in Southern California, I can assist with delivery, I also deliver to the shipping terminals in the Los Angeles area on a weekly basis. Also, I plan on selling many of the cars in my collection this year, so it will benefit other collectors and those of you that already know me and what I have to continue watching my listings! Please take the time to view the detailed pictures, I am very thorough when shooting and describing a vehicle and make every effort to catch as much detail as possible! Cosmetically, this Pontiac is a "clone" it is a '69 LeMans with the GTO badging, hood, etc. It is very straight and rust free, it is a easy 8-9 on a scale of 1-10 with the only deduction being for paint/lite body. The only body work needed is a lite scrape on the drivers fender where it came too close to a wall while turning (see pics). The rest of the body is very straight and near perfect! The car had been restored back in 1998/1999 and over the years the paint has become chipped and faded so it could use some fresh paint. Upon inspection you will see that there is no major rust or rot on this car, just the normal spot on the fender heels starting to bubble (see pic), other than that the body panels look great. The floors and undercarriage look excellent. Windshield has a small wiper mark, all other glass is clean and clear. The interior is very nice and the highlight of this car, it is IMMACULATE, no wear on anything, not even the carpet! The interior is equipped with a Sun-Pro Tach, Bucket Seats and Center Shift Console. Has full size original spare and original bumper lift jack in trunk. Mechanically, this Pontiac is tight and running well, the original engine starts up and sounds excellent, no noises or smoke and has plenty of power. I had the transmission fully rebuilt and a shift kit installed about a month ago, I have a warranty and receipt for the work. A new battery has also been installed since I brought it out of storage. Fuel system has been flushed and freshened. I have in hand the clean and clear California title on this Pontiac. I have placed the vehicle on non-op status with DMV, so no back fees are due. The car is located in Moreno Valley, California 92551 (Southern California) near March Air Base. I encourage personal inspections and am available Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm for personal viewing.
