We are selling our S40 as we recently upgraded to the Volvo SUV. For those of you unfamiliar with the safety features and ratings be sure to check them out. They are the safest on the road! We get great fuel economy with this car and it is a joy to drive. This car has alot of torque for driving in the hills/mountains. The tires have less than 1000 miles since new. (Uniroyal tigerpaws - touring). Please note that this car has the multi-disc CD changer built in to the dash. This car has never been wrecked and has been owned by a non-smoker. The vehicle history shows a police record due to a scratched bumper that was reported. No repairs were made. You can see the minimal scratches on the rear pictures.
