I am selling this truck because I need the funds and I started this auction very low with no reserve to actually sell the truck, not to play around. Please dont waste my time. I am very flexible with shipping situations in case you cant come pick the truck up, but I must be paid in full within the specified timeframe. Up for sale I have a 2001 Chevrolet SILVERADO 3500HD Dually extended cab truck. Truck is 4x4 automatic. Engine is a 2005 Duramax 6.6L Diesel with ONLY 91K milles on it. The engine alone costs more than my starting price. I can guarantee you wont find a better price on this truck. I am the SECOND OWNER of this truck. I had the original title before it was transfered to my name. This truck has never been in an accident, not even a dent. There is absolutely no bondo or filler on the body, no scratches or dents for that matter. The truck is on primer and needs light sanding to be ready for paint. Primer used on the truck was top of the line Awgrip 545 Epoxy primer. The reason why the truck is primed is due to the fact that the whole front end was changed to a newer style 06 front clip. I also have a gallon of Awlgrip Awlcraft 2000 Acrylic super jet back paint. This is very expenssive stuff. Between the paint and primer there are over $1000. in just paint and primer. No labor, just the actual paint and primer. This is aircraft paint, not you cheap urethane or ppg paint. I could could have painted the truck for half of what this paint alone cost me, but the truth is the work done to this truck was done with the idea of never selling this truck. Do to the economy I was forced to change my plans and I must now sell the truck. Truck has the LT package, Towing package. electronic 4x4 hi and low. Powered seats (both driver and passenger), heated seats, heated mirrors with integrated factory LED turn signals and motorized folding mirros. Front seats are Leather and in exellent conditions with no tears, rips of any kind. Has hatchie bottoms seat covers. Rear bench seat is cloth. You can buy the camo covers for the rear seat and keep as it is or buy a leather bench here on ebay for around $120. to have a mint condition interior. Has powered rearview mirror with auto dimmer/compass/temperature. Digital Dual Ac climate control. Real nice truck on the inside. Now, the truck runs in perfect conditions, engine and transmission need NOTHING. What the truck needs: (1) Finish sanding and paintjob. ( I have the paint and will be included) (2) AC needs a sensor(works perfectly and ice cold) but when put on "auto" it doenst have the sensor to know the exact temp inside the cab. $50 (3) NSBU wire harness switch. $90. (sometimes when put on reverse it says "shift range inhivited") because when replacing the motor the harness NSBU harness was damaged) This truck is worth at least $16k. with a paintjob and the details mentioned. Why dont I do it and get more money for it???? ANSWER: I am selling the truck because I need the money, I cant afford to put anymore money on the truck, and thats why am selling thet ruck. Also the fact that it may be worth $16k doesnt really mean that I will get the full value of the truck. The way I see it, or at least what makes me feel better about starting this auction so so low on price is that I belive "Things are worth only what people are willing to pay for it". if you buy this truck!!! : You can get on a plane from Alaska, get on the truck and drive it home if you want to. Engine and Allison transmission are in exellent conditions with NO PROBLEMS what so ever. Remember the engine only has 91k milles on it. Truck is located in Miami FL 33186. Truck has (2) brand new batteries, brand new Diesel fuel filter, and comes with a BANKS 6 Gunn Programmer and Tungsten Palm V display to adjust the HORSEPOWER on the fly while your driving. The 6 Gun speedloader will provide you with an extra 165Hp . Do the math. You can see the main Brain Box for the Banks inside the hood pictures to the right corner by the fuse box . This unit alot was over $800. I will also provide the winning bidders with 4 extra rims with exellent tires that I have. Banks unit needs the EGT sensor (included) to be installed on the passengers manifold to work correctly. To do this, you must remove the manifold and take it to a shop, drill it and tap it with the correct fitting (included) for the EGT probe.
