TON'S MORE PICTURES BELOW! Scroll down please. Condition: People this car is near perfect. First and foremost there is no major/minor damage or mechanical problems with this vehicle. There is absolutely no rust on the car. It has a clean title and absolutely no major dents, dings, or scratches at all. There is no minor dents or scratches that I'am aware of. It has never been in any car accidents and runs perfectly. Many precautions have been taken to prevent normal wear and tear. Such as a full set (front and back) of laser graphed Weather-Tech Floor mats to cover and protect the Honda's specific make and model of interior. It has only been through one winter and always has a fresh coat of polish, wax, and sealant on the exterior to protect from all weathering and sun fade. The interior still has a hint of that new car smell and has been protected from UV rays with Meguiar's products and Window tint. The car only has a little over 19,000 miles on it and its over 2 yrs old if that tells you anything. Its not driven very much at all! It is absolutely a smoke-free car. There has been nothing but 93 octane premium gasoline put into this car its whole life, and I have over a year of fuel receipts to prove it. The car is maintained perfectly and has all the maintenance records to prove it as well. After its break-in period the car has had nothing but Amsoil High Performance fully synthetic motor oil put into it. I cannot stress enough how much care has gone into this car. The tires on this car are all season Michelin's and have all the miles on them but are still in decent shape. If I had to guess on the tread amount I would say around 60%. I also have a near brand new (90%+ tread) set of winter tires that I can offer the buyer, but WILL NOT be included in the auction. Trust me people, I have not gone the cheap route with this car at all in anyway. It is my baby. If there are any faults that would prevent this car from looking brand spanking new it would be the usual wear and tear such as, drivers seat wear from getting in and out, and maybe a small stone chip here and there. The dealer gave me touch-up paint for the car when I bought it and I haven't had to use it. There is also a small scratch in the dash above the glove box that was there when I bought the car from the dealer. Not sure what its from, but its hardly noticeable at all. I'm not even sure I can take a picture of it. I notice every little thing about my car and I want to make sure the buyer of this car is aware of them as well. This car looks and drives great people. In my time of owning it I cannot complain about one single thing. I love this Honda! Its sad to see it go. The only modifications that were made are exterior mods and they are very minor. After purchasing the car in 2008 I decided that I liked the 2009+ body style much more and spent top dollar ($$$) to have ALL HONDA OEM parts changed out in the front grill/bumper area. I have all the receipts for this change along with pictures taken before, during, and after the process. This was NOT because of a front end accident. This modification was made strictly because of personal preference. Honda OEM fog lights were added along with a Honda Factory Performance underlip. I repeat all OEM parts. No after market parts on this car. It made the front end of the car look much more aggressive without swaying away from Honda Parts. This was easily a $3000 upgrade. The car came with Honda Mud deflectors and a full tint package when I bought it from the dealer. I switched the interior and trunk lights out with LED lights, but still have the originals if the buyer prefers. I had the stock wheels PROFESSIONALLY powder coated gloss black and have all receipts for this too. Other then that nothing has been changed on this car from day one and is 100% stock. I have a brand new set of HID Low beams with ballast that will come with the car, but they are not installed. There is also an extra set of high beam bulbs in a JDM yellow that I have for the purchaser, but are also not installed. The Weather-Tech floor mats will come along with the near new Si embroidered floor mats as well. The car has 2 keys (one for back up) and a valet key. There is a near brand new set of winter tires that are available for this car as well. They have 90%+ tread if I had to guess. They were only on the car maybe a 1000 miles. They are Hankook i-Pike's and do a great job of plowing through the snow. This car handles extremely well in the snow to my surprise and with these Hankook's on, it was amazing. New wiper inserts were put in as well and ready for all weather conditions. This car is fast, easy on gas, and reliable. What more could you want? Another great thing about Honda's is there ability to maintain value. History: I am the original owner and as I have already stated, the car has not been in any accidents, of any kind. I did have a drivers side headlight replaced due to vandalism. Insurance covered it and it was replaced by a professional with Honda OEM parts. I purchased the Vehicle from a local dealer in Traverse City, Michigan called Williams Chevrolet and Honda. I have all the maintenance records and receipts including any modification receipts. I have the original door sticker from the dealer, the car manual, and just about every single piece of information on the car that was given to me. I even still have the dealer specific car buyers booklet. Warranty: I bought the extended warranty when I purchased this car which gave me 6 yrs or up to 100,000 miles. The car was purchased on September 30th, 2008, so that would give till September 30th, 2014. So if anything goes wrong with this vehicle it will be covered people. Always a peace of mind. I'll take pics of anything. Some of them have a bit of a blur but I took a lot so... I can take more if you request. I noticed that a lot of these pics from my cheap camera don't do this car justice. The flash has made the color of the interior look almost like a light grey when its actually very dark. Its called charcoal I believe. I would recommend looking up the pics on Honda's website so you have a better idea. It also made the embroidered mats look really worn and dirty when there very clean and almost new looking. Flash does funny things to colors and shades. I just wanted to give each pic as much light as possible. That is why the sun almost made the car look orange in some of the pics. Its very red people. Also the miles on the car change everyday due to the fact that I'm still driving it from time to time.
