We recently purchased a new vehicle, and simply do not need this one anymore. It is in excellent condition, both mechanically and physically. My wife is the original and only owner of this vehicle. It is up to date with all maintenance and service records from the dealership. This XC70 is the only one on Ebay that is FULLY loaded with GPS navigation and dealer-installed Bluetooth (Bluetooth was not a factory option). We also had a $250 trailer hitch installed to carry our two bicycles on a Thule rack. In the spirit of full disclosure there is a small ding in the rear passenger door that can easily be popped out (seen in the pics) according to our dealership for about $50. Also, there appears to be small "acorn dings" on the roof of the car if you look carefully. The acorn dings are noticeable if you look for them, but are hard to see if you aren't looking for them. I tried to take pics of the acorn dings, but it is not visible in the pictures (I have included a direct roof picture). It never really bothered us, but again just wanted to make sure it was disclosed so there are no surprises. The car is located in Richmond, VA and is available for viewing anytime. This is a NO RESERVE auction, so bid knowing that you are getting a fantastic deal. This car with the same mileage retails for $23k at our local dealership. I am a private seller, so if you are from a state that does not charge sales tax on private party sales you are in luck. Good luck bidding!     On Dec-31-10 at 08:38:00 PST, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention that I have heated seats for both front seats as well as a cargo cage (we had intentions of using it for our dog but never really did). If you click on one of the pictures, it will take you to photobucket where you can see all 27 pics including a better one of the cage. The "W" button is for inclement Weather conditions. I believe it changes the gearing and possibly traction control settings for snow, ice, etc. The remote is for the Navigation, but the driver can control the Navi from the Steering wheel as well. On Jan-03-11 at 17:01:38 PST, seller added the following information: Sorry, when I answered the question about tire wear I meant to say that the car has ABOVE average tread.  Approximately 3-4mm left.  Very good for 30k miles.
