Up For Sale is my 1985 MERCEDES-Benz 300 d . it has a new paint job . The car Is In great shape NO RUST. The car runs on a veggie oil engine FOR FREE! it has a 5 cylinder diesel motor in it and Automatic transmision. the car has been in my family for 3 years or so it has made been a great car. It dosent need inspection because it has historic tags and the car runs great. and sounds great. it has been very dependable. On Dec-01-10 at 11:22:59 PST, seller added the following information: This Mercedes-Benz has been equipped with a 2 tank fuel system. The original Diesel fuel system runs well and is intact. The second system was purchased from Frybrid. The setup installed is what they recomended for this model. The fuel lines and Trekker fuel tank were purchased from Golden Fuel Systems because of their high quality equiptment. The entire system was installed by a Diesel Mechanic, who also designed a waste Vegetable Oil filtering station with numerous pumps and filter housings to remove impurities and water. It has run flawlessly. The reason we are selling the vehicle is because this owner has developed elbow and shoulder arthritis and can no longer handle the 5 gallon cans of oil to filter it. All maintennace records have been kept and are available to the buyer. The seller may consider selling all of the filtering equiptment and supplies if a reasonable offer is made.
