It is rare to find an original E-Type tub/shell in this condition ! It is a perfect tub for to save big $ on restoration. This tub was acid dipped and then outside only etch primed 10 yrs ago. It has been stored in dry place, and inside only has minor surface rust. All is solid. Few areas have been cut out already ready to patch and to make all visible. Most patches are already fabricated and inside car ready to go. I bought car being told it was a regular Coupe ( my restoration project is a regular rotten Coupe), and when tub was delivered it turned out not to be a regular Coupe, but a 2+2, which is unfortunately of no use to me as there is no title. So if there is anybody who has a rotten 2+2 and wants to restore it, this is the way to go. Many more deteiled pics available upon request.
