This is a new car trade in, at our dealership. This Freelander is a top of the line version, HSE and has a good history, but needs an engine, because it did suffer the common cylinder liner issue for this year. The transmission and transfer case are good, and it was running when it came in, but had the classic knock in the engine. Upon teardown, it was apparent it needed a complete rebuild. The body/paint I would describe as very very clean, and shiny. I see no signs of paint repair, or damage. Tires are at 60%, and look good.
