This 1965 Cadillac Brougham has just recently pulled out of storage of 20 years. It ran fine when it was stored,and it was marked for complete frame off restoration due to its good sheet metal,frame, bumpers,low mileage. The owner decided not to rebuild this 1965, because he is putting alot of interest and money in a 1960 Cadillac convertible instead. There is two titles...I am lead to believe it has a different frame other than the original.
