Relisting with a reserve price below my cost - and I bought this used. Used Derringer Cycle. These are designed and made by an industrial designer in LA - Andrian Anz. I'm the second owner. It is in good shape. I haven't really used it. I'm a motorcycle enthusiast looking to add another real bike and will sell this to a local, credible buyer - it must be picked up in New Canaan, CT, about an hour north of NYC. It has a 49cc Honda 4-stroke engine. Pedal or start like a lawnmower and scoot. When I bought it a gear in the engine case was broken. I bought a whole new module (included and pictured), but only used the gear. The engine couldn't be simpler. It is a great novelty bike. It runs fine, brakes, etc.- but is not particularly practical or comfortable. But it does look great. Reasonable reserve, but will not be disclosed. These are $4k + new. If you inspect the bike and are unsatisfied in any way you can walk away for any reason or no reason at all. No disappointments. There was a $2 gear that had a broken tooth in the bike when I acquired it, and I bought the pictured module to harvest a new gear. I couldn't just buy this gear, so had to spend a couple of hundred bucks to harvest the gear from the full module. The fix took about 2 minutes and bike runs fine. I was just highlighting that I have these spare parts for the owner. I have put about 1 mile on this bike since buying it a year ago. It's just a sculpture in my house at the moment. Although I believe people will be enamored with the Derringer after seeing and riding it, anyone unsatisfied after inspecting this machine can walk away from the deal. Absolutely no dissapointments
