This is a 1999 Volvo C70 Convertible. It has only 124,600 miles, which is considered low for its 12 years of age. Very stylish, Bright Silver with gray leather interior, with original black powered convertible top. This vehicle's engine is in perfect working condition. Transmission shifts smoothly.
This Volvo is being sold cheap for a reason, The power convertible top is not working, we did not look in to it to see what might be the issue, as we are wholesalers and do not deal with repairs. Otherwise, Mechanically Engine and transmission is in great condition, everything else works, apart from the following:
. Power Top is not working on its own power, we verified that the
system is all original and intact, and that it has not been touched by
anyone. It looks like an electrical issue but we can't be sure. it is
possible to lower the top manually, using the information in the
Owner's Manual.
. Sound system/Radio/CD player is not working and the word
"CODE" is on the display.
. The passenger power seat is not moving forward or back, only the
backrest is working
. There is a small dent around the fuel cap, as seen in the photo

Fee and Tax Information: Successful high bidder should E-mail us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Winning bidder must submit $500 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of auction's close. Balance due within 3 days of end of sale. If a deposit is not received, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers. We will store vehicle for up to 20 days free of charge. If you are flying in to any of the Tri-State, we will gladly deliver the car at the airport at no additional charge. A $120 processing fee will be added to the final value of the winning bid. This includes all over night delivery fees, notary, messenger and title transfer. This fee is not negotiable, and dealers are included. All financial transactions should be in the form of cash, cashier's checks, banking checks, Certified checks, and money orders only. All Taxes are the responsibility of the winning buyer. All applicable taxes must be paid by winning bidder.
