Rare Proton Yellow 2001 Vehicross (Only 400+ vehicles ever sold in the US) with only 74 K miles. Purchased by me in summer of 2004 with 32 K miles. Vehicle has never been in an accident. Has salvage title due to a light flood (below seats level). Vehicle was drivable when purchased, nothing needed replacement exept the CD changer that is mounted low and had to be discarded. This is the only thing missing. Can be purchased on E-bay for $75-150. Beefeer Michelin tires were installed, as well as a heavy duty tow hitch and Yakima rack visor to eliminate wind noise. Torque-on-demand continuous 4-wheel drive was modified to incorporate a switch (is visible near the shifter) to allow to select a 2-wheel rear wheel drive. This increases highway fuel economy by about 20%. Never in a fender-bender, vehicle has minor cosmetic imperfections such as a small 1/4" bump on the hood. Exhaust muffler and flex replaced about a month ago. New battery in 11/09. Was my beloved third vehicle, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING IN SNOW! Have to part with it due to spousal pressure. Vehicle sold "AS IS".
