THIS IS AS LOW AS IT IS GOING TO GET. LAST CHANCE! 1968 Porsche 912 A classic, complete car... ready for the road. Up for auction is a beautiful 1968 Porsche 912. In very nice condition, it has been garaged and well taken care of. Highlight Overview: Original matching numbers Spedometer showing 67,000 miles Exceptionally clean engine upgraded to Weber carbs (professionally rebuilt w/ ~10 miles of total use) Excellent running, garaged and well maintined; "Drive Anywhere" Original Seats with headrests, steering wheel and full set of original floor mats Original Porsche Fuch rims Original driver's manual and so much more for the Porsche fan inside you Very few and minor blemishes The Body The body of this car is in good condition. The body is straight, with few minor dings and no dents or serious body damage. Again, straight body, with minor dings and paint chips. All windows are complete, with no cracks. Original Paint Color is Burgundy Red (Paint #: 6808 Color Code: 017) Also comes with engine lid grill, and all chrome lettering and emblem intact and attached. The Orginal Motor & Original Transmission Extra clean original motor with chrome throughout. All wiring color coated and numbered. Recently rebuilt Weber carbs. Only known issue with this motor is it has a very, very small rare oil drip Here is a quick video of the motor in action. The Interior All original interior with upgraded Alpine CD player and speakers. Pictured above and below is the interior with original seats *WITH HEADRESTS* and original steering wheel! Custom dash cover included, however there is some cracking in the dashboard. Also included in the auction is 911 sport seats with 912 adapters and Momo steering wheel. It takes us less than an hour to swap them out. Also included is the original winter/summer floor mats (VERY HARD TO FIND) COMPLETE SET with leather straps still in good condition and attached!! Please Note: Also included are aftermarket custom carpeted floor mats in very good condition. Trunk is in good condition with original spare tire and original jack. The Undercarriage No rust in the floor boards, just some wear from driver. The underbody is very clean and solid for its age! Wheels and Rims In 1968 these Porsche Fuch wheels were an upgrade to the 912. Tires are Michelin and have plenty of tread left on all tires. Spare tire is also included. Also, within the last month, it has brand new front brake pads and calipers. The Extras Original 912 Driver's Manual This car is located in Santa Clarita, about 35 miles North of Los Angeles.
