Beautiful 1972 Austin Mini No Reserve Auction! I bought this car originally to do some minor work and then try to sell. It turned out that this car needed ALOT more work then I expected. I ended up spending over 16k to get this car in perfect running condition and now I'll end up taking a loss but that’s the way it goes sometimes. I have all the receipts to prove the recent work/parts. This car also has a clear US TITLE, so you won't have any headaches trying to title a Canadian or overseas vehicle. If you've been looking for these Classic Mini's you'll know what I'm talking about....especially a Right Hand Drive 4 speed manual transmission. Here's what I have recently done to this car: -This car has new a freshly rebuilt 1100cc engine (replaced the 998cc engine) ABSOLUTELY NO OIL LEAKS -Rebuilt carb -Brakes have been redone -New battery -New Bosch heavy duty alternator -New coil, new plugs and wires -New solenoid -New points and rotor -New clutch master -All wiring/harness is new -New ignition switch -New steering rack -All new ball joints and bushings -New front/rear shocks -4 brand new tires -All fluids flushed and new -New shifter and the gearbox was just rebuilt -The exhaust was just completely replaced and it sounds awesome -New seats -New trim -Brand new front/rear bumpers and chrome grill -All new door and window rubber and glass seals -The frame and body are rock solid. The undercarrage was rhino lined. The speedometer works perfectly but the odometer just got stuck (Its the original console) OVERALL the car is in unbelievable shape. Very tough to find a Right hand drive Mini in this condition. Most of the mechanical work was done by a certified Land Rover Master technician and he has inspected the vehicle. I have the reserve set at thousands less than what I have invested in the car, and I will end the auction early for the right bid. The car is also for sale locally.
