This is bottom end and frame have matching numbers. We have a Florida title for this project. This bottom end should be tore down and rebuilt. The project is sold only with what is pictured here, you will have to source all the top end components for the motor. This more of a parts bike than a project bike since there are so many parts missing. However the bike is titled, and we will ship it to most nations worldwide, please check our shipping exclusion list. International shipment of this will have to be a crate constructed of treated wood that is certified by customs for export. This crate will cost approx $275 to have built. We will ship the cheapest route we can find. The crate will measure approx 54x28x30 and weigh 350lbs, please estimate your own shipping. For domestic shipping will will strap the parts to a pallet, and wrap the pallet up. We will send the pallet the cheapest route we can find through freightquote. The winning bidder will have to pay all shipping/handling charges for the bike.
