*****BEING SOLD AS IS***** My family is selling this very rare Mercedes 350SDL; this was my mom’s car until till she passed away, then we used it as a spare car for going on road trips. This car drives like a dream, gets great mileage for how big this car is it very powerful and gets up and goes, the body is a tank!! Seriously it built like a tank, feels like you’re driving a tank it so big inside, extremely safe and reliable. My family owns a diesel mechanic shop so we have done all the work our self, all the parts are from Mercedes, we did replace the engine one year ago, due to the fact that the 3.5l had a design flaw and was known to bend the piston rods and have head issues. So instead of a timely and costly rebuilding of the engine we used an engine we had from a 1987 300D 3.0l, that was in a rear end accident. That engine had around 140,000 miles on it when swaped out.
